Alderney Coast Path Challenge

COVID-19 message from the Organisers, Mimi and Becky

ALDERNEY COAST RACE - Goes Worldwide!
So, our first year as organisers hasn’t quite gone to plan - so it’s plan B!

We don’t want to see this year’s 3 chosen charities, St Anne’s School - playground equipment, Alderney Animal Welfare and Alderney Wildlife Trust miss out on fundraising - all funds raised will be split equally between these 3 charities.

This year’s event won’t quite be a race but more of an individual accomplishment with an Alderney Coast Race medal as a reward for each participant.

The plan is for anyone that wants to take part, to do so over their chosen 5 mile or 10 mile course anywhere in the world (if in Alderney, the Coast Race route could be completed).
If you don’t have a sports watch/fitness tracker, here is a link so that you can check/plan your distance.
We are going to keep the event going THROUGHOUT THE MONTH OF MAY so there is plenty of time to get out there.

There are no limits to how you complete your chosen distance, you can run, walk, treadmill, cycle, swim, row or any other form of exercise you can think of!

All you have to do is either wire your entry fee to the Alderney Runners account details below stating your name as a reference or you can pay by cheque (payable to: Alderney Runners) and post/drop off to 7 Brickfields, Le Grand Val, Alderney, GY9 3XH.
