Alderney has over 30 miles of footpaths and tracks with stunning scenery, unique wildlife and friendly natives! Plenty to see and do when you finish walking and running. Bring your family, stay on our island and make it a holiday!

Coast Path Challenge See details of the race
This is a 5 mile and 10 mile trail route for runners and walkers held in May every year. It follows the fabulous coast path for one lap of the island, half a lap for 5 mile race.

Rotary Half Marathon and 10 km fun run See details of the race.
Held on the first Saturday in September, this is a popular road race around the lovely island of Alderney. It combines a half marathon and a 10km fun run for runners and walkers, all on quiet roads.
Next Half Marathon ~ First Saturday August 2021 (2020 race cancelled due to Coronavirus restrictions)

Alderney Runners
Meet twice a week for informal training runs. Residents and visitors of all abilities are welcome to join us. We usually meet at 10am on Sundays outside the Moorings in Braye and 5pm on Wednesdays outside Blanchards in Newtown. Call Rod on 01481 824 230 to check for any changes.
